RUSH Documentary Premieres Tomorrow (Trailer)

“Beyond the Lighted Stage” will make it’s debut at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City tomorrow. The documentary chronicles the life and times of Rush, the Canadian power trio that began its trek through the world of Rock and Roll some 40 years ago, and contains interviews with musicians (Billy Corgan, Gene Simmons, Sebastian Bach and Jack Black, to name a few) and fans.

The film will premiere in Canada on April 29th at the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival, and will also air on VH1 and VH1 Classic on June 26th – mere days before the band embarks on their 45 date ‘Time Machine Tour’.

The official trailer is posted on the MSN.com website.

Thanks for the heads up tangent. I had no idea this was in the works. That will be a must see for sure. I grew up with these guys. It’s gonna be a trip seeing all those old photos and video clips. 🙂
